Note: Refund requests are accepted only if no substantial work has begun. Once recruitment services have started, payments become non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

1. Acceptance of this Policy

By purchasing any service from NexGen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and all other applicable policies.

2. Nature of Our Services

NexGen is a recruitment and career support company. We provide services including, but not limited to:

  • Job Search Assistance
  • Resume & Profile Optimization
  • Interview Preparation & Career Guidance
  • Employer Matching & Recruitment Support

We do not guarantee employment, interview selection, visa sponsorship, work authorization, salary level, or a job offer.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be approved if:

  • A duplicate payment was successfully charged.
  • Payment was processed, but the purchased service could not be initiated due to a verified error on the Company's side.
  • The Company is unable to provide the purchased service before work has started.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • The candidate changes their mind after purchasing.
  • Any part of the service has already started.
  • Resume writing, profile optimization, consultation, interview coaching, or job marketing has begun.
  • The candidate fails to attend scheduled meetings or interviews.
  • The candidate rejects an interview or job offer.
  • The candidate provides incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or false information.
  • The candidate fails employer verification or background checks.
  • The candidate does not submit the required documents on time.
  • The candidate expects guaranteed placement or visa sponsorship.

5. Placement Fee

Where applicable, any placement fee agreed upon after successful placement remains payable according to the signed agreement. Failure to make payment may result in recovery proceedings as permitted by applicable law.

6. Chargeback Policy

If a candidate initiates a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting NexGen, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend all services, reject future applications, submit supporting evidence to the payment provider, and take legal action to recover outstanding amounts where permitted by law.

7. Cancellation

Service cancellation is accepted only before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation will not result in a refund.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. Processing time is generally 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

9. Limitation of Liability

NexGen shall not be liable for:

  • Employer hiring decisions or salary negotiations.
  • Visa approvals, refusals, or immigration decisions.
  • Delays caused by employers or third parties, or any indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law & Updates

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws specified in the Company's Terms & Conditions. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. NexGen reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time; updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
